Coming Back Around

Okay, so I read something from an awesome woman's magazine this morning. It was about how to get in the Word when you have little children. She said that she read that Ruth Graham Bell left a Bible open on her kitchen counter to be able to read snippets throughout the day when she had young ones. So I opened to the Fruit of the Spirit because you know, that has to be uplifting. So I found this passage that so spoke to me this morning:

Galations 5:

You were (N)running well; who hindered you from obeying the truth?
8This persuasion did not come from (O)Him who calls you.
9(P)A little leaven leavens the whole lump of dough.
10(Q)I have confidence in you in the Lord that you (R)will adopt no other view; but the one who is (S)disturbing you will bear his judgment, whoever he is.

So, thank you Lord for brining me back to you even a little bit at a time!

  1. What a great idea! I might have to try that! Although, I'm wondering...how do you do that without a kitchen? LOL.

  3. Thanks! Since I have been leaving the Bible open on my counter I have been reading more during the day. My husband likes having it there too. I can't believe we didn't think of it sooner!
