Coupons and Military families

This is a program that I stumbled upon. The website is: http://www.ocpnet.org/. I have only looked into it a little bit, but I think it is a really good idea! Military grocery stores will take expired coupons sometimes up to 6 months. So instead of throwing them away - here is something to do with them!
