Menu Plan Monday - 2.20.11




As far as last week, the Whole Grain Chicken and Soup with Rice was a hit.  We all liked it (well, as much as the kids like soup).  Here is this week's menu. 

Breakfasts:
Cereal
Peanut butter and bananas on whole wheat English muffins
Oatmeal, blueberries and sliced almonds
Smoothies

Lunch:
Leftovers
Sandwiches and apples
PB & J and applesauce


Sunday:
Bacon, eggs, toast and bananas (breakfast for lunch)

Monday:
Three Cheese Garlic Chicken, Green beans and garlic bread
Strawberry Peach Slushie

Tuesday:
Cheesy Ham and Pasta Bake and salad with honey mustard vinaigrette and bread

Wednesday:
Beans and Rice, tortilla chips and corn - we didn't have this last week

Thursday:
Cheeseburger Soup, crackers and apple crisp

Friday:
Pizza - BBQ Chicken Pizza or Chicken Alfredo Pizza
Sloppy Joes Pizza  
Strawberry Peach Slushie
Or Pizza out - lets be honest we all have those weeks


Saturday:
Sloppy Joes, Homemade hamburger buns, freezer fries and corn

Snacks:
Carrots and hummus
Yogurt
Raisins
Apples and String Cheese or Peanut butter
Popcorn
