So, I do have pictures, but my sister is suppose to load them and send them to me since we took them with my step mom's camera. So, they may be up later, and they may not. She's planning a wedding and she cannot think straight these days. Also, I was so excited because I went to the CVS by my dad's house (not my usual one) and they had the Coppertone Water Baby sunscreen sticks for $4.49 and they worked for the $10.00 deal. It was so exciting. (I know, I need help).

I used 3 of the $1/2 Gold Emblem candy deals and the scanner was only going to let me use one, but I asked the manager before I did the deal and she said I could use more than one. So when the cashier told me I could only use one I had him ask the manager that told me I could use more than one. So you may have trouble using more than one, but it doesn't hurt to ask!

CVS - I'm trying

So today I went in to get the Glucerna deal. That worked out well. I also got 3 CVS Rapid Release 24ct Pain Reliever @ $3.99 each. But, they didn't have them tagged $3.99 so I scanned them on the scanner and it came up that I could use my flexible spending account card for those. So, I did and then I got $11.97 back in ECB (extra care bucks). This was very exciting to me.

Grocery Savings Update - CVS

If you read my previous blog - I said I don't really use coupons. Well, I am testing the waters. I still won't go to 5 different stores, but there is a CVS that is a half mile from me so Saturday night I decided to try it. And, I think I might be hooked. We will see how it goes, but I spent $30.00 and I received $18.00 of product for free with the Extra Care Bucks. I only bought things I knew I would use such as contact solution, tooth paste and tooth brushes. I am going to keep trying it so I will update and see how the next time goes.
