Monday:
Versatile Beef Mix
- Mini Meatloaves (one pan for lunches, one for suppers)
- Salisbury Steak (2 meals)
- Meatballs (2 meals)
- Walking tacos (2 meals)
- Mexican Pizzas
Chicken Mix - done on stove top
- Chicken Taco Casserole (2 meal)
- BBQ Chicken Wraps (2 meal)
- Zesty BBQ Slow Cooker Chicken
- BBQ Chicken and bacon quesadillas
- Teriyaki Pork Chops (3 meals)
- Panko Pork Chops (1 meal)
- Marinated Pork Chops (2 meals)
Potatoes:
- Freezer fries (2 meals worth)
- Potato Rossettes (2 meals worth)
- scalloped potatoes (4 meals worth)
- Twice Baked Potato Casserole (2 meals worth)
Bread:
- Hamburger Buns (2 meals worth)
- Garlic Bread (from Artisan Bread in 5 Minutes a Day) - (5 loaves)
- Tortillas
- Pizza Dough
Bacon (just cook 3 packages of bacon in the oven - 425 for 15 minutes, drain and freeze)
Brown Rice (6 quart size bags)
Stir Fry veggies (3 bags)
I used to do "Leftover Buffet", but we never have any leftovers anymore! Lol. If we do, Daniel takes them to work for lunch.

ReplyDeleteI always try to make a little more because I do have to pack Ryan's lunch every work day as he can't leave for lunch. But we always seem to have some things here or there that need to be eaten up. Of course, you have more people in your family than we do!
