Menu Plan Monday - Whole30

Breakfasts:

Paleo chicken bacon quiche

Kale and sausage bake

Bacon and eggs and green peppers and apples

Sweet Potato and apple hash with bacon

Blueberry Tortilla

Lunch:

Asian Cauliflower fried rice

Sweet potato salad with bacon vinagrette

 Garbage stir fry with curried cabbage

 Chicken and Indian pineapple cauliflower rice


Supper:

Spaghetti Squash with bolognese Sauce

Bunless burgers and sweet potato fries and spinach salad

Crock pot mocha rubbed roast and baked sweet potatoes with steamed veggies

Apple and bacon stuffed pork chops, salad and steamed veggies

Kabobs - meat, veggies

Ground beef stir fry with cabbage
