Menu Plan Monday - 3.27.11




Breakfast:
Whole wheat English muffin, natural peanut butter, banana and milk 
Yogurt, fresh or frozen fruit and granola
Banana Baked Oatmeal, turkey bacon and applesauce
Eggs, turkey bacon and oranges

Apple Bacon Cheddar Frittata 

Lunch:
Leftovers

Sandwiches, carrots, apples
Whole wheat tortilla pizza and salad

Baked chicken nuggets, carrots, salad and oranges 
Black Bean Taco Salad and oranges

Suppers:

Sunday: 
Leftovers


Monday:
Filet au Poivre, sweet potato fries, spinach salad, and peaches

Tuesday:
Salmon with Strawberry Salsa from Once a Month Mom, brown rice, steamed broccoli and applesauce

Wednesday:
Beef, Broccoli & Cashew Nut Stir Fry with Brown Rice from Once a Month Mom

Thursday:
Spaghetti and Meatballs, salad and fruit smoothies

Friday:
Night out with my hubby!

Saturday:
Leftover Buffet


Snacks:


Apple and cheddar
Strawberry Peach Yogurt Smoothies
Cheese Tortilla and salsa
Popcorn
