We will be using the freezer cooking that I did last week in my menu plan this week. As usual, I keep breakfast and lunches simple.
Breakfast:
- Scrambled Eggs, turkey bacon and peaches
- Blender Batter Waffles
- Smoothies - made with frozen fruit (peaches, blueberries, strawberries), water and honey and toast
- Giant Breakfast Cookies and peaches
- Homemade Uncrustables (using homemade bread and strawberry jam), carrots and applesauce
- Cheesy Grub sandwiches, carrots and grapes
- Freezer brown bag burritos, corn and apples
- Salads
- Leftovers
- Nachos with all the fixings (per my husband's request)
- Hamburgers, homemade hamburger buns, chips, corn on the cob and cherry cobbler (Dad's birthday)
- Sticky Chicken in the Slow Cooker, baked potatoes, steamed broccoli
- Leftover Buffet
- Pepperoni Lasagna roll ups, green beans and fruit
- Pizza, Spinach Salad and strawberry slushies
- Teriyaki Pork Chops and veggie fried Rice
