Menu Plan, Week of September 25th



Wow, I cannot believe it is almost October but I am so glad.  The weather is turning cooler and Thanksgiving and Christmas are just around the corner!  This week will be some repeats from two weeks ago.  You will also see honey mustard vinaigrette used several times because I make a batch of it and we just use that as our dressing.  I make it with olive oil so it is healthier.

Breakfasts:
Cheese Scrambles and turkey bacon and fruit
Smoothies
WW Waffles and bananas
WW Pancakes and blueberries

Lunches:
Homemade Uncrustables for the kids (making and freezing on Sunday night)
Chicken, spinach wraps with Honey Mustard dressing
Ham Sandwiches and salad
Tossed Salad and fruit

Supper:
Hamburgers, baked potatoes and salad
BBQ chicken, green beans and fruit
Salmon, brown rice and salad with honey mustard vinaigrette
Lemon Garlic chicken breast and steamed veggies
Beef and Broccoli Stir Fry and brown rice

Snacks:

Yogurt
Pita chips and hummus
Tortilla chips and salsa
String Cheese
Popcorn
