Menu Plan, 10.3.10
Here is my menu plan for this week. I am looking forward to trying those pancakes that I have listed. They sound delicious!
Breakfasts:
Cheese Scrambles and turkey bacon and fruit
Smoothies
WW Waffles and bananas
Whole Wheat, Oatmeal and banana Pancakes and blueberries
Lunches:
Homemade Uncrustables for the kids (making and freezing on Sunday night)
Leftovers
Ham Sandwiches and salad
Tossed Salad and fruit
Supper:
All-in-One slow cooker meal - Sticky chicken and baked potatoes, green beans and baked apples
BBQ chicken, quick baked potatoes, corn and peaches
Steak, freezer fries and salad with honey mustard vinaigrette
Slow cooker Beef Stew and Whole Wheat rolls
Cheeseburger Soup, crackers and apple crisp
Snacks:
Yogurt
String Cheese
Popcorn
Fiber One Bars
Apples
