Menu Plan Monday . . . 2.13.11



Lots of recipes from Tammy's Recipes this week.  Sometimes I just want to try some new recipes.

Breakfasts:
Cereal
Oatmeal, blueberries and sliced almonds
Overnight Blueberry Coffeecake
Chocolate Peanut Butter Banana Smoothie

Lunch:
Leftovers
Sandwiches and apples
PB & J and applesauce


Sunday:
Bestest Hamburger Soup and Healthy Bread in 5 Minutes a Day

Monday- Valentine's Day:
Breakfast - Heartfelt Pancakes (tinted red with food coloring)
Supper:  Heart shaped pizzas and brownie and peanut butter pizza and salad


Tuesday:
Whole Grain Chicken and Soup with Rice (may substitute turkey from the freezer) and buttery bread machine rolls

Wednesday:
Beans and Rice, tortilla chips and corn

Thursday:
Saucy Chicken and Broccoli Bake, salad with honey mustard vinaigrette and bread

Friday:
Pizza - BBQ Chicken Pizza or Chicken Alfredo Pizza
Sloppy Joes Pizza  
Strawberry Peach Slushie
Or Pizza out - lets be honest we all have those weeks


Saturday:
Low Fat Whole Grain Waffles, blueberries and bacon

Snacks:
Yogurt
Raisins
Apples and String Cheese or Peanut butter
Popcorn
