Menu Plan, Week of September 19th


You may be able to tell from my last two weeks of menus that we are trying to eat a bit healthier for a little while and incorporate some new food too. 

Breakfast:
Cheese Scramble, turkey bacon and orange juice
Smoothies

Lunch:
Chef Salad
Steak and Spinach Salad
Turkey Cheeseburger, salad and veggie soup
Pork Tenderloin Salad


Supper:
Lemon Garlic Chicken, Quinoa and peas
Turkey, Gravy, Butternut Squash Soup, Green Beans
Beef and Broccoli Stir Fry
Salmon, brown rice and peas

Snacks:
Protein Bars
Cheese Sticks
