Menu Plan
Now onto my menu, as usual I keep breakfast and lunches simple. I do some things on the weekend to make it easier for the week. All breakfasts are served with green smoothies.
Breakfast:
- Blender Batter Waffles
- Eggs and bacon
- Almond Coconut granola and yogurt and blueberries
- Cereal and Milk
Lunch:
- Homemade lunchables
- Peanut butter and jelly sushi rolls (freezeable!), apples and carrots
- Leftovers
- Chuck Roast in the Crock pot with vegetables
- Fettuccine Alfredo with sausage and green beans
- Panera Bread Black Bean Soup and cheesy cornbread sticks
- Crock Pot Deep Dish Pizza (I am super excited to try this recipe)
- BBQ Glazed Homemade Meatballs (a combination of that recipe and this one), french fries and corn
- Leftover Buffet

We are big oatmeal fans but blueberry coffeecake is a nice treat.
ReplyDeleteDuring the week I usually eat cereal for breakfast. For the past 2 years my choice has been Cheerios. This past year my cholesteral was 22 points lower than last year!
ReplyDeleteMy favorite breakfast is pancakes. Just love them!!! This week we are having baked potatoes in the crock pot, homemade pizza, a keilbasa, white bean, and spinach soup, and leftovers. I would love to win the gift card!

You had me at target gift card... I love bacon, or sausage, but these are treats. Honey nut Cheerios are a morning staple around here. But I would rather have bacon.

Typical weekday breakfast: oatmeal, cream of wheat, smoothies, muffins, biscuits, pancakes, or cinnamon toast. For the most part, Adriana is responsible for preparing breakfast. One of our favorites is still making doughnuts out of canned biscuits.
