Oh Happy Day

Our house is finally almost up for sale.  We have spent months decluttering and cleaning and decluttering and cleaning and now the pictures have been taken and its just a matter of a few minor details and our house will be listed.

It has actually been enjoyable the last day or two enjoying a clean, mostly clutter free home.  Now we just have to maintain it!  We have never sold a house before but wow, is it a lot of work.  Hopefully it will pay off.  We shall see.
