Menu Plan
I keep breakfast and lunches simple. I do some things on the weekend to make it easier for the week. Breakfasts are usually served with fruit smoothies.
Breakfast:
- Blender Batter Waffles
- Eggs and bacon and toast or breakfast sandwiches
- Muffins - Using variations from the Master Muffin Mix from Home Joys with more variations
- Almond Coconut Granola or Peanut butter granola and yogurt or Milk
- Mini whole wheat bagels and strawberry cream cheese
Lunch:
- Homemade uncrustables, fruit and veggie trays
- Leftovers and applesauce
- Salads in Mason Jar
- Communal lunch
- Pizza Casserole, green beans and garlic bread
- Mini Meatloaves (made from Versatile Beef Mix), mashed potatoes, black eyed peas and salad
- Meal from the freezer (not sure what I want it to be yet)
- Frito Chili Pie and corn and smoothie
- Pizza, Easy whole wheat breadsticks, Spinach Salad and strawberry slushie
- Sticky Chicken, baked potatoes, green beans and PW's red velvet sheet cake
- Leftover Buffet
