I failed miserably at my menu last week. I just didn't make the time to make anything! I am hoping I will do much better this week.
Breakfast:
- Blender Batter Waffles
- Eggs and bacon and toast
- Fluffy Pancakes, syrup and fruit (these are the BEST pancakes ever)
- Baked Oatmeal cups
- Muffins - Using variations from the Master Muffin Mix from Home Joys with more variations
- Big Breakfast
- Leftovers
- Bacon Cheeseburger Muffins, snacks on the go and fruit
- Beef and Lentil Sloppy Joe sandwiches and veggie straws and fruit
Supper:
- Chicken tacos, salsa, tortilla chips, guacamole
- Cheesy Grub Sandwiches, green beans and fruit
- Lettuce Wraps, couscous, steamed veggies
- BBQ chicken quesadillas, black beans and salad
- Pizza Night - Pizza, Easy whole wheat breadsticks, Spinach Salad and strawberry slushie
- BBQ Meatballs, black eyed peas and salad
- Leftover Buffet or stir fry with whatever leftover meat we have
