Gluten free week 2 - I'm still learning.
Breakfast:
- Blender Batter Waffles
- Eggs and bacon
- Blender Batter Pancakes, syrup and fruit
- Baked Oatmeal cups
- Pumpkin Muffins (gluten free - going to try these)
- Hot Chocolate Banana Nut Oatmeal
- Leftovers
- Smoothies and popcorn
- Snacky lunch
Supper:
- Comfort Night - Crock Pot whole chicken, mashed potatoes and green beans
- Italian Night - Smoked sausage hash
- Meatless/Breakfast Night - Beans and gluten free cornbread
- Mexican Night - Burrito Bowls – using ground beef (didn't have this last week)
- Pizza Night - Maybe try a GF version again????
- Soup Night - Ground beef soup
- Leftover Buffet or stir fry with whatever leftover meat we have
