Menu Plan Monday - 1.23.11



Another menu plan, please hold down your excitement.  I think I am going to make a bunch of muffins for breakfast this week and freeze them or future use.  How does that sound?  We will be using up some serious turkey this week.  Does it seem like I go in themes lately?  Ham, ham everywhere ham and now turkey.  Oh well, what are you going to do?

Breakfasts:
Cereal
Oatmeal, blueberries and sliced almonds
Whole Wheat English Muffin, Peanut butter and banana

Chocolate Chip Zucchini Bread
Bacon and Cheese Muffins
Blueberry Crumb Muffins

Lunch:
Leftovers
Sandwiches and apples
PB & J and applesauce
Chicken nuggets and apples and carrots

Suppers:

Sunday:
Turkey, mashed potatoes, corn, green beans, mac n cheese, buttery bread machine rolls and butterscotch bars with chocolate topping (we had company over)

Monday:
Turkey and Noodles, Artisan Bread in 5 Minutes a Day, broccoli and peaches
Strawberry Peach Slushie

Tuesday:
Lentils and Brown Rice Casserole (we didn't have this AGAIN last week)
Strawberry Peach Slushie


Wednesday:
Really Easy chicken (or turkey) ranch pasta and spinach salad
Strawberry Peach Slushie

Thursday:
Bestest Hamburger Soup and Healthy Bread in 5 Minutes a Day
Strawberry Peach Slushie

Friday:
Pizza - BBQ Chicken Pizza or Chicken Alfredo Pizza
Sloppy Joes Pizza  
Strawberry Peach Slushie
Or Pizza out - lets be honest we all have those weeks

Saturday:
Turkey Pot Pie and peaches
