When I was praying one night I thought how insignificant my thank you's are to Jesus. I am so incredibly thankful for what He did for me and what He continues to do. How can I not be? It is like thank you notes - I know they are the right thing to do and they acknowledge what the person has done for you but yet they seem so small. The gift is so big. Jesus suffered and He died on the cross for me, for all of us.
He bled and died. And before He died He even asked for forgiveness to those who were putting Him to death.
Then Jesus said, “Father, forgive them, for they do not know what they do.”
And they divided His garments and cast lots. - Luke 23:34

I say thank you to Him. I say it a thousand times but it is never enough. What He went through, how He suffered, what He gave to all of us?
Jesus said to her, "I am the resurrection and the life. He who believes in me will live, even though he dies; and whoever lives and believes in me will never die. John 11:25-26
Amen! The Lord has given me so much! My gratitude seems so meager in comparison!
