Well it has been an interesting week. My son had a field trip and I took him downtown to have lunch with my dad. My dad works for a big pharmaceutical company and I took pictures in front of the fountain while waiting on my dad and then come to find out - it was illegal to take those pictures unless you are an employee. Then we went to a Burger King downtown and sat by this window with a bullet hole - at least it was double pained glass - let me just say this was quite the day.
We also went to northern Missouri to attend my husband's Grandpa's funeral. It was a very nice service and it was good to see family even though it was under sad circumstances. We also got to see our little nephew that we don't get to see very often. And I just wanted to squeeze his sweet little cheeks. You will see what I am talking about.

Well, it was an interesting week. It was kind of exhausting but good nonetheless.
