For Father's Day, we got my husband some grill accessories including a kabob set and so we decided to try it out with this super easy recipe.
Beef and Pineapple Kabobs
- 1 lb. of stew meat
- 1 pineapple
- 1/2 cup of soy sauce
Marinate stew meat in soy sauce overnight or for a few hours. Alternate beef and pineapple on metal kabob sticks (or use wooden skewers that have been soaked). Grill 4 minutes on each side then serve with
Sweet and Sour Rice.
