Beef and Pineapple kabobs with Sweet and Sour Rice

For Father's Day, we got my husband some grill accessories including a kabob set and so we decided to try it out with this super easy recipe.

Beef and Pineapple Kabobs

  • 1 lb. of stew meat
  • 1 pineapple
  • 1/2 cup of soy sauce
Marinate stew meat in soy sauce overnight or for a few hours.  Alternate beef and pineapple on metal kabob sticks (or use wooden skewers that have been soaked).  Grill 4 minutes on each side then serve with  Sweet and Sour Rice.
