This past week when we grilled out my husband asked me to bring him a bunch of things that we could grill while the he was already grilling that we could freeze and eat later so we "filled the grill" with:
- Salmon
- Bone-in Chicken Breasts (two dinners worth)
- Salisbury steaks
- Pork ribs (two dinners worth)
In one night we made 6 freezer main dishes. And that is my tip for the day.
We are grill-less at the moment, but I used to do this too. What a great way to get things done ahead of time.
