Kids Activities - an inside obstacle course

I made the kids an obstacle course.  I wrote a few things on 3 x 5 cards and put them in their room.  I grabbed a timer and went for it.

1.  Jog in place for 20 seconds

2.  Do the hopscotch mat 6 times

3.  Jump on the mini trampoline for 25 seconds (or count to 10 for the little ones)

4.  make 3 baskets

5.  Get 5 bean bags in the container

6.  Do 10 push ups

 7.  Do 10 jumping jacks

They had a lot of fun and it got their energy out.  You could use whatever you have in your house and make one.  What are some of your favorite indoor activities to do with kids?

I admire your organization:) I don't really do any structured indoor (or outdoor) activities, but they do have lots of energy.

@Ma
I am not really organized. I just grabbed a few 3 x 5 cards and came up with easy stuff. I promise.

Fun idea! We usually have the children do jumping jacks or run the stairs to burn extra energy, but the inside obstacle course would be a lot more fun. Thanks for sharing it.

great ideas here - they'd tire me out for an afternoon nap!!

@Dorie
I do sometimes wish we had stairs because we would definitely be doing that.
