This week I am breaking down one of my 2013 goal's into bite sized pieces. For my exercise I am taking it slow and small since I have gotten out of the habit of doing consistent exercises. Every year I say I'm going to exercise 5-6 days and then I get burnt out by week 2. This year I am starting with this:
- January - 20 minutes 3 times a week
- February - 30 minutes 4 times a week
- March - 45 minutes 5 times a week
- April - 60 minutes 6 days a week
I think this might work best for me - and it does take 21 days to make a habit right?
I am also choosing a goal to focus on every week from this book - "One Bite at a Time - 52 Projects for simplifying life". This week's focus is - Work on a consistent morning routine for me and the kids.
