Breakfast:
- Blender Batter Waffles
- Eggs and bacon and toast
- Yogurt and toast and fruit
- Cereal and milk
- Muffins - Using variations from the Master Muffin Mix from Home Joys with more variations
- PB & J, fruit and veggies
- Leftovers
- Mini pizzas and carrots
- Beans and Rice and fruit
Supper:
- Comfort Night - Beans and Cornbread
- Italian Night - Penne with sausage, potatoes and green beans
- Meatless/Breakfast Night - Quiche Lorraine and salad
- Mexican Night - Brown Bag Burritos (making extra for the freezer), corn, sour cream, lettuce
- Pizza Night - Pizza, Easy whole wheat breadsticks, Spinach Salad and strawberry slushie
- Soup Night - Hamburger Soup (we add pasta to our's) and whole wheat rolls
- Leftover Buffet or stir fry with whatever leftover meat we have
