Still using more of the freezer cooking that I did in my menu plan this week.

Breakfast:
Lunch:
  • Homemade Uncrustables (using homemade bread and strawberry jam), carrots and applesauce
  • Homemade hot pockets (using different fillings - pizza, ham & cheese, chicken and cheese, etc.), applesauce and cheese sticks
  • Leftovers (we almost always have leftovers for lunch)

  3. Your menu plans had helped me be more practical menu planning. I was attempting time consuming breakfasts and lunches and would often get off track and just ditch the whole plan. I now plan for the same foods for these meals and it has helped tremendously.

    My favorite dessert is cheesecake with lots of fruit topping :)
