So I "liked" your facebook page! And I love to have my Christmas shopping finished by Halloween! The last few years (since adding children) my goal has become Thanksgiving:) Since I shop all year long I can get great deals all year long! It works out wonderfully and allows me to really enjoy the special time with family.
ReplyDeletei try to handmake our christmas gifts (as many as possible!) and with three kids (one almost 2 weeks old now!) I need to get started!

I like to start singing Christmas Carols the day after Thanksgiving...who am I kidding...I sing them year round!
ReplyDeleteand
Christmas lights must go up on the house before it gets too cold...much more enjoyable experience that way!
I'd like to enter your contest, too! Let's see...I like to play Christmas music long before the Christmas season to get me in the holiday spirit. I have so many great Christmas CDs and not enough time to listen to them all if I wait until December. I was just singing "Not that Far From Bethlehem" by Point of Grace earlier today. :) Love it!
ReplyDeleteI planned my budget several months ago and started shopping for the biggest portion about six weeks ago. My handmade items are planned out with deadlines to spread it out so that I'm not scrambling at the end. Will it work this year? Don't know yet! Hopefully! :) I already have our Christmas cards IN HAND...that in itself is a stress reliever. Adriana won a give-a-way several weeks ago and that helped.
ReplyDeleteI *like* you on facebook. (In real life, too....haha).
ReplyDeleteStarting in January, I start savinga little bit each month for gifts...and all through the year I write down ideas for gifts for people so I don't have to dig for ideas last minute!
ReplyDeleteI love shutterfly and I have used them for our Christmast cards for the last few years!
