- Italian Night - Perfect Roast Chicken, roasted red potatoes, salad with honey mustard vinaigrette and bread
- Meatless/Breakfast Night - Blender Batter Waffles, blueberries and bacon
- Mexican Night - Beans and Rice, tortilla chips and corn
- Pizza Night - Pizza, Easy whole wheat breadsticks, Spinach Salad and strawberry slushie
- Soup Night - Whole Grain Chicken and Soup with Rice and buttery bread machine rolls
- Leftover Buffet
or stir fry with whatever leftover meat we have
