I don't think I did hardly any of my menu from last week. It was just a crazy week I guess. This week will be hopefully some simple things that I can put together on Sunday to have for the rest of the week. I don't think anyone cares about my menu plans but me, but it gives me sanity for the week and I can refer back to my post and click on some links to have the recipe really handy.
Breakfasts:
Cheese Scrambles and turkey bacon and fruit
Smoothies
WW Waffles and bananas
WW Pancakes and blueberries
Lunches:
Homemade Uncrustables for the kids (making and freezing on Sunday night)
Chicken Pitas
Grilled Chicken Burritos and vegetable soup
Turkey sandwiches and vegetable soup
Tossed Salad and fruit
Baked potatoes and salad
Tostada, salad and fruit
Supper:
Hamburgers, baked potatoes and salad
Pork Chop, Apple and Sweet Potato foil packet
Mini Meatloaves and salad
Lemon Garlic chicken breast and steamed veggies
Beef and Broccoli Stir Fry and brown rice
BBQ chicken, sweet potatoes and fruit
Snacks:
Yogurt
Almonds
String Cheese
Popcorn
